Dyed Fabrics

Plain Single Jersey, Double Jersey and other plain fabrics, and structures are bleached and dyed in our latest Dyeing Plant. We have developed more than 500 different color shades. All dyed fabrics are having very good light and washing fastness.

Striped Fabrics

We have developed Feeder striped and Auto striped fabrics on our latest computerized Auto stripper machine. From Pin striped fabrics to 1 meter long repeat area, with the use of different color cotton and mélange yarn, we have developed more than 500 different varieties of striped fabrics.

Design Pattern

We have developed hundreds of different structures on our latest Jacquard machines with the technology of “knit-tuck-miss”. On our Jacquard machine patterns are developed and manufactured as per client’s requirements.

In double jersey machines, we have developed different drop needles fabrics from 1*1 to 16*8 long drop needle fabrics.

Rib

A double-knit fabric in which the rib wales or vertical rows of stitches intermesh alternatively on the face and the back of the fabric. Rib knit fabrics have good elasticity and shape retention, especially in the width.

We have developed different versions of Ribs like 2*2 rib, 1*1 rib and Lycra Rib in different GSM.

Interlock

Interlock fabric is a variation of rib knit construction. Similar to a Jersey knit except both front and back of the fabric look identical. Double knit construction makes this a thicker knit fabric.The fabric is extremely soft, firm and absorbent.

Terry

Terry-cloth,Terry-towelling is a fabric with loops that can absorb large amounts of water.A warp-pile fabric with a pile in the form of loops, made principally in cotton and used for toweling, beach robes, bath mats, etc.

Research & Development

In Fancy Plain Fabric ,Spaced dyed yarn is most commonly used for knitting and crocheting. When space dyed yarn is made to make a knitted or crocheted item, the resulting project features uneven horizontal stripes that produce a collage-like effect.
